So we're not taking any orders right now. We'll be back in a couple of months.

Free shipping applies when:
New Zealand - orders over NZ$100.00
Australia - orders over NZ$200.00
Everywhere else - orders over NZ$200.00
When shipping cost applies, it will be:
New Zealand - $3.00 one-off cost and $2.00 per item (= $5.00 for first item) unless order is over $100, then it is free
Australia - $6.00 one-off cost and $3.00 per item (= $9.00 for first item) unless order is over $200, then it is free
Everywhere else - $8.00 one-off cost and $5.00 per item (= $13.00 for first item) unless order is over $200, then it is free
Shipping is added to your order automtically before you reach the final stages of checkout.
How long will it take?
We aim to process your order within the following working day. New Zealand time is GMT + 12 hours so we are often busily working away while most of the world is asleep! The delivery times are then:
New Zealand - 1-3 working days
Australia - 4 - 10 working days
Everywhere else - 6 - 10 working days
International customs taxes/fees/duties:
If you live outside New Zealand, please be aware that in some cases local customs or import duties/taxes/fees may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. You are responsible for these charges.
Please note that in the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen and you notify us of a lost or damaged package we will follow up with New Zealand Post and refund you any compensation that they eventually decide to pay.
Returns and exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from Minnie + Ree. If you are dissatisfied, please email us and return the item within 10 days of delivery, and we will exchange it or refund its purchase price. Sorry, we do not refund shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item.
We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, has been washed, used, or is damaged in any way. We do not offer a refund on sale items but they can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
